3. Detoksykujący smażony chayote z przyprawami (w tym oregano):

Składniki (2 porcje):

2 średnie chayote, umyte i pokrojone w słupki lub cienkie plasterki (wraz ze skórką).

1 mała czerwona cebula, pokrojona w cienkie paski.

2 ząbki czosnku, drobno posiekane.
